Molly and I went for our 20 week ultrasound yesterday and the baby is doing great. We had decided to find out the sex of the baby and it is going to be a boy. Here are some pictures of the little guy with some labels:
Again, the heartbeat was 150 bpm. He's a very consistent little fellow. During our 12 week ultrasound, the technician said he was "stubborn." Suring yesterday's appointment, he was flopping around doing water aerobics (in amniotic fluid) like crazy. His size is right on target, too. His gestational age during the ultrasound was 20 weeks and two days. His size (13-14 oz) was indicative of 20 weeks and 4 days gestation. So our little baby boy is perfect so far!
I forgot to mention, I've been feeling fluttery baby kicks for about a week now. I only notice it when I'm being still. It's very cool! There will come a time when tommolly's legs get bigger and he starts to kick my organs, but for now it's a great feeling!
